Terrible customer service post purchaseSeemed like a lovely family business but once I'd bought the mower that was the end of it. Cannot recommend this business due to obvious lack of concern for customers - unacceptably long delays running to weeks on looking at breakdowns even within a year of purchase and could not believe that having paid the rate of charges for using a hire machine - more was asked for on collection the hire mower... Genuinely shocked by this. I had been warned of poor reviews. This is the very first poor review I have given online. So disappointed.
